I have an upcoming event where I’ll be wearing a skintight dress, but the problem is that I’m embarrassed of my middle and the dress does not look flattering on me. I decided to try this as I was determined to wear the dress, and while it works in some areas, it didn’t do everything I was hoping for.Let’s start with the pros. The dress I am wearing in the image is very thin and skin tight. You can see every fold and roll, as well as my belly button, which is my recent insecurity. This shaper was perfect for smoothing out every roll and giving my body a smoother look. As you can see in the photo my stomach is not as prominent.As for the con. I bought this to make me appear slimmer but I don’t think it did the job. Rather than giving me the appearance of a flatter stomach, it just makes it stand out less. But looking at the before and after, I feel like I look just as big in both photos, just less lumps.So overall I think this shaper would be perfect for someone who just wants to smooth out any rolls, but if you’re looking for something to make you slimmer or give you an hour glass figure you’d be better off getting a corset.

I weight around 270 lbs and wear 22/24. I bought this because if another maidenform item I bought elsewhere that was great, but smaller in size. This item looks really well under my dresses. It does what I need but it is a tad larger than expected so it’s not quite working at its full potential. It rolls down but I credit that to it being too big. I think if I had ordered down a size it would be perfect.

I’m a size 18 I ordered a 2x and it fits and feels wonderful! Very great product and it’s really controls the tummy!!!! Baby my belly look so smooth and flat with my dress I’ll be ordering again “and it doesn’t roll down!” I always have a problem in that department
