Okay let my give them 411 of this product. I’m going to give details of how much I weight as well because I feel like that’s important to compare when buying this product. I am 5’7 185 lbs my waist is a little smaller but I have big hips. I bought this product because I have this mom pooch that never really went away after having my daughter and well I love carbs so that adds to it 😅 I will show a before and after pic. One clearly you can see I have the girdle in my hand and I am just showing my stomach how it is and not pushing it out or in. The second pic shows my stomach with the waist trainer. Wow what a difference it made! It was a little tough to put on but once it’s on it slipped right in and was breathable. I got the XL-1X and it fit perfectly. I usually wear a large but since the other reviews said to go up a size, due to it running small I am so glad I listened. I wore this with a dress and you couldn’t see the lining that I was wearing one. It all really depends what kind of material the dress is made of though so please keep that in mind. This also doesn’t roll down. I like the thong design because it also doesn’t leave any lines to show. I plan to buy more in the future due to how comfortable it is and how much it flattened my stomach! Highly recommend

This thing does a pretty good job of ******* everything in. I am 5'4 about 112 lbs and ordered the xs. I don't have any problems with muffin top or bulging at the bottom when wearing this, but it gives you a major ******!!! I am used to wearing thongs, have been wearing them for 15 years, so it's not that. It's just that it is so snug by design on top to hold everything in that it also pulls everything up...right up your butt! I couldn't wait to get this off when I got home, but it did a good job when I needed it. For the price, I would definitely buy this again.
