I'll let the before and after photo speak for itself. I ordered my regular size XL I am 240 lbs and 5'8 height. I was afraid the thong would hurt my crack lol but its actually comfortable.
Visible but works
Love that this item is a thong, however it did leave visible panty lines. I’m 5’6 roughly 165 and I got a medium. I would definitely size up and get a large never time.

Super tight
This girdle was extremely tight!! But I guess that’s a good thing right? Lol it definitely serves its purpose. Won’t be wearing this often but certainly holds everything in place and lifts the booty. Great price and didn’t seem to roll down when attempting to sit.
