After reading reviews I sized down to a medium, though I definitely could have gotten a large and been perfectly happy. You can tell it’s constructed well because I squeezed my booty into that medium and none of the seams ripped although they definitely could have, given the amount of G-Force my hips were exerting on it. I did not have the issue another reviewer mentioned of the zipper showing through the black dress I wore to a wedding the day after these arrived, and these babies held up with me running BLOCKS through humid summer air in Queens. No chafing, no jiggle. For me, the thighs fit perfectly and the waist was cutting in a bit, but it definitely gave me an hourglass shape and a lifted booty.

Ladies, I'm a size 6/7 a thick six, I'm 5'4 & 137lbs & I ordered a large, it lifts your butt so good. I ordered a large bcuz I'm so used to butt lifting garments running small. Im keeping my large , but i ordered a second one in a medium. I feel like buying more bcuz I'm afraid I will never find a good one like this again. Trust me ladies I have bought 6 different brands. Ann slim is awesome as well but this is just as good and it's less expensive. Do not second guess, I would say this the best deal on the market.

Bought this to wear under my wedding dress. After 2 C-sections, I have a small pooch at my incision spot, and this works great to hold everything in. I love the zipper for extra support where I need it.

Runs a bit small so go a size. I was skeptical and when it arrived I thought to myself "there is no way I'm fitting into this" but I did! Definitely comfy while standing but it holds in my gut and (according to the hubby) it gives my hips a nice curve.
