Excellent Quality - great for adding shape without a bra
These are excellent quality, I was surprised. I use a lot of shelf bras or loose sports bras instead of traditional bras but the little inserts that come with these types always wear out very quickly and become difficult to use. I also sew these little beauties into shirts or dresses so I don't have to wear bras at all but still stay shapely and no ****** showing.These are soft, smooth (easy to insert), and are sewn around the edges so that they do not come apart even with washing. They are a bit of one size fits all I'd say ranging from a A-D cup. A's and B's probably see a bit of size increase with these while C's and D's will just add shape and hide nipples.

these inserts are perfect; i have a bra i love but it is too smooth and thin and doesn't give the coverage i need for close fitting sweaters and tops. these inserts give that bump-free look i want.
