I felt a product like this it was really important to review it so I can help other people especially with sizing! Okay so I'm 5'6", about 170 lbs, 34 inch waist currently. My build is very curvy but very muscular, I do a lot of weight lifting. After reading other reviews and looking at the sizing, I ordered the 2XL. When it arrived I immediately had to try it out. I really like the quality and the material. Seems very sturdy. (I like the latex- If you're trying to shed water weight from your belly you need the latex or neoprene, not fabric). I was worried just looking at it that it was going to be too short, but the length is perfect. I have I would say an average length torso. It perfectly reaches from right under the bust all the way down and covers the lower belly. As far as the size, I was able to get it to the tightest setting without too much trouble. Its snug. But obviously I can't get it any tighter as I loose weight, so its too big. I have ordered the XL and I'll review it soon! I've been wearing the current one to the gym all week, and I already feel like its doing exactly what I bought it for- NOT to have a 20 inch cartoon waist, but to help my posture (degenerative disc) tighten my belly skin/ shed water weight.

Love it! I was a size medium/large in shirts and chose a medium. Going based off of size chart had me ordering XL which I had to return instantly. Stays in place and is long enough for full mid section coverage. I rub while wearing this and it never rolls up or start pinching. Highly suggest. Just order based off of your shirt size every set of snaps after the first column will be EXACTLY what you need it to be !

No se pudo cargar el archivo multimedia. I threw mine in the washer when it came (tried it on first to make sure it fit). I am typically a medium, size 160lbs, so I ordered a small, just so it can squeeze me in. I fit in the second line of hooks, and I truly hope I have the consistency to keep this up. I wear it for 8-10 hours a day, so far. We’ll see how it goes! I’ll give it a 10/10!

To start, I'm not sure I believe that these actually change the shape of your waist- but I don't wear one full time. It does show through my clothes. All of my clothes, no matter how they fit.Here's what I do use it for: exercise. I had 2 children in my early 20s and it left me with a lot (I mean a lot) of belly flab. There was a time when I wouldn't run or jump around because my belly would smack me and it was uncomfortable and embarrassing! This little piece held everything in place so I could jump and run and work HARD. I do think it made me sweat a little more too. I'm very happy with this product.****SIZING INFO***CHOOSING a size was difficult. Their measurements really don't make much sense. So I read through the comments and decided the 4X was probably what I needed. I was 5'2, 213lb, a 38DD and had a lot of belly fat. I wore 1x tops. It was the perfect size for me. I started on the outer-most row.After diet and exercise I'm currently down to 198 & a 38D. I am now able to wear the trainer on the inner row and will soon order the 3X! I do not attribute my weight loss to the trainer, but it did make exercising more comfortable for me. You must be willing to do the work!
