    Our exchange and Refund policy:

    Tried your shapewear, bra, or leggings and found they’re not what you were looking for? We offer a hassle-free return policy. Simply exchange, return, or convert to store credit within 60 days of your purchase.

    • Exchange
      If the issue is with the size or color, let us know. Contact our team at contact@bodysculptorx.com, and we’ll provide details on the nearest return warehouse. Please note that return shipping fees are not covered. We’ll send your new item as soon as possible!
    • Store Credit
      Prefer store credit instead? Great choice! Just send your item back, and we’ll convert your refund into store credit that you can use for your next purchase.
    •  Return/Refund
      Returning an item is easy. Simply send it back to us (please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable). Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. For return instructions, contact our team at contact@bodysculptorx.com, and we will provide details for the nearest return warehouse. Please note that return shipping fees are not covered. Your refund will be issued promptly once we receive the item.
    •  Did we send the wrong color/size?
      Oops! Sorry about that! We've got you covered. We'll require proof of purchase that shows the barcode received on the bag and a picture that clearly shows the mistake (wrong size, color) upon confirming the error you'll be sent the correct item.
    •  Did the item arrive damaged?                                                                                            If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the issue. You can choose to receive a replacement, a gift card, or a refund.

    • Important: In order to process a return, you must contact us first to receive the correct return address: contact@bodysculptorx.com. Do not send the package to the address listed on the packaging — returns sent to that address will not be eligible for a refund.


    Replacement Policy:

    We will offer free replacements under the following conditions:

    • Faulty items: Damaged or broken.
    • Wrong item: Incorrect size, style, or color received.
    • Lost parcel: If your parcel is lost in transit (please allow up to 39 days in extreme cases).

    Important:

    • Requests for replacements must be made within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. Later requests will not be accepted.
    • Items must be unwashed and unworn to qualify for a return.

    Return and Exchange Policy:

    • Exchanges: We will accommodate exchanges for size or color once per purchase at the store's expense. Additional exchange requests cannot be honored due to associated costs.
    • Return Requirements:
      • To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
      • Items should be in their original condition, unwashed/unworn, and wrapped in the original packaging.
      • Non-refundable: Any item that is damaged, dirty, or missing parts will not be refunded.
      • We do not accept returns or refunds after 60 days from the purchase date.
      • Final Sale and special promotion items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

    Process:

    • Contact our team at contact@bodysculptorx.com to receive the address of your nearest return warehouse.
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

     



    Refund Information:

    • Parcel Not Received:
      If your order is not received within 39 working days after shipment, you are entitled to a full refund or a resend, based on your preference.

      Important Note:
      If the courier tracking information shows the parcel as delivered but you claim not to have received it and you did not purchase shipping insurance at checkout, we will need to initiate an investigation with the courier. In such cases, a refund or resend can only be considered after the courier completes their inquiry.

      Refund Timeline:
      Refunds may take up to 5 working days to process.
      If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

      • Recheck your bank account.

      • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.

      • Contact your bank, as there can be processing delays.


    Cancellation Policy:

    • Customers have 24 hours after purchase to request a cancellation or make changes to their order.
    • After 24 hours, the order will be processed and shipped, and changes will no longer be possible.

    Shipping Cost:

    • If you decide not to keep your item, but it is in good condition and the size is correct, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.

    Misrouted Parcels:

    • Ensure that you provide the correct address and all necessary details for delivery. BodySculptorX is not responsible for parcels misrouted due to customer errors.
    • Please double-check your information during checkout. If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, and the parcel is shipped, the customer will be responsible for re-route charges
    • If a delivery fails due to multiple unsuccessful contact attempts, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
