I usually don't leave reviews unless it works.... it freaking works. Two times I've worn it. Mind you I would also use some skin tightening lotion on my skin to help slide in, sweat more and keep the lotion from soaking into my clothes and not my skin.....let me tell you....2 days at the gym. Like lazy girl hour, barely working out. Didn't sweat much anywhere else so I assumed it wouldn't do much....I was wrong.I went to take that sucker off when I got home and I was dripping in sweat. I mean underwear was DRENCHED. Like no joke.So two days went by. I thought I saw a diffrence. Not sure. So I showed my bf cuz I felt lighter and I wanted to see what he thought. He went 😲😲😲🤤Tight at first but it stretches out a bit after first time and is comfy.Drink alot of water and take Hydration stuff cuz you're gonna sweat alottttt.This thing freaked works!

This is the best one of these I have bought yet. I wear a size 16/18 and got size 2x/3x. It fits perfectly and does not slide down at all. I suffer from chronic back pain due to an injury and it makes my back feel so much better/supported. It also does increase my ability to sweat.

Great product. I should have gone down a size . I weigh 170 lbs and ordered a large. A medium would have worked better for me because of the stretch . I started out on the 3 hook so I can’t tighten them any more but this product works well. I ordered the pants in a medium. I will make a second review when I receive them .
