I wear nursing scrubs and I don't like the way my upper arms look, this garment makes my arms look better is not too hot. I wish the little lace on the edge was plainer but it is okay.

I ordered an XL. I am 5' 10", 150 lbs, C cup, and the XL fits fine. I ordered it because I have several issues, but different than some. I need posture help, but most posture helpers that hook under the bust hurt my bad shoulder. I actually need a shoulder brace, but the ones I've tried are too confining and don't work well under clothing. This product is silky smooth and comfortable. It not only helps my posture, but also gently caresses my bad shoulder, holding it in place gently. It has several rows of hooks, so I can adjust it as needed. Unlike the simple criss-cross shoulder holders, this covers the top portion of my back, smoothing out my back-fat bulges. As an added bonus, it can act as a sweat catcher underneath clothing so that I won't have to wash tops after every wearing, saving my clothes. I just ordered two more so that I can wash and rotate them because this piece of underwear is the cat's meow. :)
This is the worst, it doesn’t stay put it slides off your shoulders and it rides up!!!!!!

I guess I should have read better while purchasing this item I actually thought it helps compress your arms to eventually make them smaller 😂 didn’t realize it was for slimming look in clothing so at first I was disappointed but then realized that this upper arm shaper is actually amazing it smooths out your arms takes away the back fat look and HOISTS UP YOUR BOOBS!! like wow!! I’m so happy I made a mistake I really love it!! I’m 5”6 168lbs and 36D cup I ordered the xl and it fits great I could size down but rather not be to stuffed in.. comfort is always better👍�

I would buy this again. Keeps my happy arms together and I can wave at people without my arms saying hello first. Its comfy.
